The best time to hike Mount Rinjani is between May – September when the weather is pleasant.
The less crowded season is between October - December.

Temperatures in the lower areas are usually between 28–35°C.
- Nighttime
Temperatures can drop to 0–5°C at the summit and around 8–10°C at the crater rim campsites.

No, there are no age restriction to trek up Mount Rinjani as long as the participant able to do the hike.
We recommend you reserve 2 days 1 night summit trek. When you hike on the first day to the campsite, your body will tell you if you are able to hike the summit the next day.
Most everyone makes it to the crater rim. You spend the evening on the rim and sleeping in your tent.
At 2 a.m., begins to accent the summit. If you feel you are unable to go to the summit, you can skip this, and just sleep in your tents, and there is no shame in saying no. You will wake up to an amazing view of the summit, the lake as well as beautiful colourful sunrise.
No, they don't. All you will need to do is carry your personal belongings. the porter will ca rry the camping equipment (tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, toilet tent etc.), cooking gears and food stuffs.
Yes, throughout the tour. However we will supply the unlimited water during the tour, so you don't need to buy the water
- Be prepared. The trail will spend your energy ,take your time, stopping every few steps to catch your breath if you need to. If you just keeping taking the next step and then the next
- Don’t get too cocky on the descent. The trail down is steep and precarious. It’s easy to slip and fall and even easier to injure your knees.
- Do not leave your guide, keep consulting any of your desire and need with them
- Be respectful. Try to stay aware on the trail, even when you’re exhausted. Let faster hikers go by you and always move over for porters.
Don’t add to the Rinjani litter problem. It’s no secret that there is a lot of garbage on Mount Rinjani. Bring a plastic trash bag with you and please pack out your own toilet paper, baby wipes, cigarette butts and other personal garbage
